If you are unhappy with our response, you may wish to follow BPP’s formal complaints procedure (which can be found at www.acted.co.uk/Html/terms_conditions.htm). As outlined in the procedure, we recommend in the first instance that you try to resolve your complaint informally. You can escalate your issue simply by emailing ActEd@bpp.com and asking for the issue to be considered by ActEd’s Managing Director.
