Hi,

The answer to this question was on the contents of a written strategy document which I failed to guess. How can you tell this question is regarding written strategy document? For me it's not clear what the question is asking. Thanks in advance.
 
It can be tempting to read this question as being about contract design, but the key wording is "... consider when planning this project". This question really shows the importance of focusing on the instruction sentence of the question when deciding which parts of the course are being tested as that often gives guidance.
