Hmm That's a tricky one. It does seem logical to put contacts just in case the receipient may want to discuss your conclusions further. My advice would be; don't be formulaic. You can try to use the Who to gauge if you need to put a full adress/contact details at the end or maybe a simple email in brackets. That's my way of thinking. But i failed this subject when I wrote it. Worth hearing what others think about this. cheers and goodluck.
