Hello, At the top of page 14 in Chapter 30 of the 2023 notes, in the discussion on overhead expense allocations it says: "This will go into the "initial expenses per policy for contract Y = £270" figure which came out of the expense allocation." To what example is this referring? Thanks, Eleanor
Hi Eleanor Thanks for pointing this out. You're right that there isn't an expense analysis in the chapter, although the text makes it sound like there is one. The notes should just say that the expenses per policy would have been derived from an expense analysis, let's say they are 270. We will fix this in the notes next year. Best wishes Mark
