Hi, I have the latest version of PowerPoint, from which they have removed the traditional Clipart. Instead you search for images online using Bing within PowerPoint. You can filter this search to return 'Clipart' images only. Does anyone know if it will be OK to use these images? Thanks, RF
See other threads. No internet access allowed (apart from uploading your presentation), so can't use online clipart.
I'm not very familiar with the latest version of Powerpoint. But if you have to go online to get something, or have anything pre-prepared, then it's not allowed. If it's offline and already built into Powerpoint, then fine. That's my understanding anyway. If in doubt, best to email the profession to double-check.
I disagree with the ActEd Tutor on this! In the Ca3 guide 2017 available on the institute's website it says you can use the powerpoint internet search for images. See attached Screenshot!
You're absolutely right! Well spotted. The guidance has only just been released and we weren't aware of it. Thanks for pointing it out. We'll amend our advice accordingly!
