I don't understand how the rebased incremental % developed is calculated.

 

It's just the sum of the incremental development factors rebased to 100%.

Eg for development year 3 it's 13.5%/32.6% to give you 41.4%

 

Thanks for that. Not sure where you are getting the 32% from though..

 

It's the sum of the idf's
13.5%+8.1%+4.4%+....
