Where did Colin/Acted tutors go?

    Sticky points on April 2008

    Q1(v) In the calculation of UK tax owed the examiner's report seems to have excluded the. worldwide dividend earned by the UK resident derivative trafer. Shouldnt this dividend of GBP 15 M be included in the calculation of tax due to UK authorities before we start offsetting any tax paid on dividends or witholding taxes paid?

    I think that because the examiner described the £90m as a "pre-tax" profit (which is after finance income - ie after interest received and dividends received) then the dividends were included already in the £90m
